Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawVoice ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

ClawVoice provides AI-powered text-to-speech (TTS) API, dashboard, plugins, and documentation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, quotas, or pricing with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe intellectual property or other rights; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without authorization; or (f) use the Service for any purpose that could harm, disable, or overburden our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Data

ClawVoice retains all rights to the Service, including interfaces, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and do not claim ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing the Service.

6. Data Processing

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, we process data in compliance with applicable regulations. Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) by contacting support@clawvoice.com.

7. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our pricing policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawVoice, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 8, 9, and 11) shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawVoice operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

12. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClawVoice. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. Notices may be sent to support@clawvoice.com.
